Payment & Shipping

The following conditions apply:

Delivery is available world wide. We ship from Germany. 

Shipping Costs

(Prices include statutory VAT)

Deliveries within Germany

Shipping costs are calculated based on the order value:

Germany and Austria: 8€

EU + Switzerland + UK: 15€

Rest of the world: 30€

 

Estimated delivery times:

  • Germany: 3–5 business days
  • European Union: 5–7 business days
  • North America: 5–12 business days
  • Rest of the world: 7–20 business days

Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery period.

If you choose local pickup, we will inform you by email when the goods are ready for collection and provide further pickup details. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.

Customs Duties, Import Taxes and Fees

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and other fees may apply depending on the destination country.

For orders shipped to the United States, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, Kevin Maiwald e.K. covers all applicable customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees. Customers in these countries will not be charged additional import-related fees upon delivery.

For all other destinations outside the European Union, any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other charges imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Kevin Maiwald e.K. has no control over such charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend contacting your local customs authority for further information before placing an order.

Any customs clearance delays are beyond our control and may affect delivery times.
